Terms and Conditions for the purchase and sale of services in the Londris self-service laundries and Londris electronic payment system

1. Definitions
1.1. Seller – private legal entity UAB Londris, legal entity code 304131968, VAT payer code LT100009830015, registered office address Elnių str. 27-6, LT-08101 Vilnius, correspondence address Elnių str. 25-14, LT-08101 Vilnius. UAB Londris is registered in the State Enterprise of the Republic of Lithuania Centre of Registers.
1.2. Londris – UAB Londris self-service laundry network.
1.3. Buyer – 1) legally capable natural person, i.e. a person of full age, whose legal capacity is not limited by court order; 2) a minor from fourteen to eighteen years of age, who has the consent of parents or guardians, except in cases when he is emancipated; 3) legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the above specified persons.
1.4. Parties – the Buyer and the Seller.
1.5. Personal Data – any information related to a natural person – data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined by using such data as his personal number, one or several physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural and social features typical to a person.
1.6. Rules – these "Terms and Conditions for the purchase and sale of services in the electronic system of Londris self-service laundries".
1.7. Account – a result of the Buyer's registration in Londris website www.londris.lt, Londris mobile application, or terminals in Londris self-service laundries, due to which an account is created for storing the Buyer's personal data and order history.
1.8. Electronic payment system - includes payments and other actions performed in Londris mobile application and terminals in Londris. Further - londris.lt.
1.9. Privacy Policy – a document approved by the Buyer, which contains the main rules for Personal Data collection, storage, and processing when using Londris.
1.10. Pet King is a specialized self-service laundry for the needs of pet owners.
1.11. Londris PLUS is a service provided by UAB Londris, which, after ordering, Buyers can leave laundry in lockers installed in laundromats for various dry cleaning and laundry services.

2. General provisions
2.1. The Buyer shall confirm that he has read the Rules by checking the box next to the statement "I have read the Terms and Conditions for the purchase and sale of services in the electronic system of Londris self-service laundries and agree to abide by them". Rules that are confirmed according to the latter procedure become a mandatory legal document to the Parties, determining the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and services, payment procedures, party liability and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods or services via londris.lt
2.2. Goods and services of Londris.lt may only be purchased by Buyers, as they are defined in paragraph 1.3 of these Rules. By confirming the Rules and reading the Privacy Policy (paragraph 2.4 of the Rules), the Buyer shall confirm that he has the right to purchase goods and services via Londris.lt.
2.3. If necessary or under circumstances established in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, the Seller shall have the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules. Buyers shall be informed about such changes when signing into Londris.lt or purchasing goods or services via Londris.lt for the first time after the new version of the Rules becomes valid. In order to ensure that the Buyers are familiarized with any changes of these Rules, a link to the new version of these Rules will be sent to the e-mail addresses that were indicated by the Buyers. The new version of the Rules shall become valid after it is published on Londris.lt.
2.4. The Buyer must read the Privacy Policy that was approved and publicly announced by the Seller. The Buyer shall express his agreement or disagreement with certain methods for the use of his personal data in the Privacy Policy itself according to the procedures established in it.
2.5. If the Seller has the right or obligation to provide information or documents to the Buyer via e-mail, then, in all cases, the Buyer shall be responsible of providing a valid e-mail address to the Seller.

3. Ordering of goods and services, the moment of establishment of legal relations of purchase and sale
3.1. The Buyer can pay for the goods and services by selecting one of the following methods in Londris self-service laundry:
3.1.1. by using Londris mobile application, or using a bank payment card through the terminals located in Londris self-service laundries.
3.2. By ordering goods or services using one of the methods indicated in paragraphs 3.1.1 – 3.1.2 of these Rules, the Buyer must indicate his Personal Data in the information fields provided by the Seller, if such data is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the order as provided in the Privacy Policy.
3.3. When, after selecting the goods or services and forming a shopping cart, the Buyer carries out all the steps of the order, including the selection and confirmation of a payment method, it shall be considered that legal relations of purchase and sale were established between the Buyer and the Seller, and a purchase/sale agreement was concluded.
3.4. Each order of the Buyer shall be stored in UAB Londris database.

4. Rights of the Buyer
4.1. The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods and services on Londris.lt according to the procedures established by these Rules.
4.2. The Buyer shall have the right to refuse his order according to the procedures established by these Rules.
4.3. The Buyer shall have the right to refuse the agreement according to the procedures established by these Rules.
4.4. The Buyer shall have other rights established in these Rules, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

5. Obligations of the Buyer
5.1. By using Londris.lt, the Buyer must carry out his obligations, follow these Rules and the Privacy Policy, and not violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. The Buyer must pay for the ordered goods and services, and accept them according to the procedures established by these Rules.
5.3. The buyer undertakes to use the service according to the description provided in the payment terminal, on the website www.londris.lt and according to the information notices in the laundry premises.
5.4. The buyer undertakes to use the Londris equipment responsibly, not to wash or dry items that may damage or contaminate the facilities or premises.
5.5. Londris operates on the principle of self-service, so buyers are requested to leave the premises and equipment in order.

6. Rights of the Seller
6.1. The Seller shall have the right to change, suspend or terminate the operation of certain functions of Londris, or part of them.
6.2. The Seller shall have the right to suspend or terminate the operational activities of Londris. In such a case, all accepted and confirmed orders of Buyers shall be fully carried out, and new orders will not be accepted.
6.3. The Seller shall have the right to change the scope and method of services provided by Londris, to suspend or terminate the provision of services or part of services, to change the prices and to charge for services or part of services.
6.4. If the Buyer tries to negatively affect the operational stability and security of Londris, or fails to carry out his obligations, then the Seller shall have the right to, immediately and without providing any prior notice, restrict or suspend the Buyer's possibility to use Londris.lt or, in exceptional cases, delete the Buyer's Account.
6.5. The Seller shall have other rights established in these Rules, the Privacy Policy, other documents of UAB Londris and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Obligations of the Seller
7.1. The Seller shall undertake to make it possible for the Buyer to use Londris services according to the terms and conditions established in these Rules and other documents of Londris.
7.2. The Seller shall undertake to provide the Buyer with clear and understandable information, established in Article 6.2287 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The information shall be stored on the website pos.londris.laundryrestart.com/terms.
7.3. The Seller shall undertake to respect the privacy of the Buyer and process the Buyer's Personal Data strictly according to the procedures established by these Rules, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.4. The Seller shall undertake to fulfil other obligations provided for the Seller in these Rules, the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

8. Prices for goods and services, payment terms and procedures
8.1. The Buyer may pay for the goods and services through one of the following methods:
8.1.1. by using Londris mobile application;
8.1.2. by using a bank payment card through the terminals located in Londris self-service laundries.
8.2. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer shall agree that the goods and services purchase documents – VAT invoices will be provided to him in electronic form, by submitting them to the e-mail address indicated by the Buyer in his registration form. The VAT invoices must indicate the selected goods or services, their quantity, applied discounts, total price for the goods, including all the taxes, and other necessary data approved by the legislation regulating accounting.

9. Quality assurance for goods and services
9.1. The features of each product and service sold by Londris must be indicated in the product or service description added to each product or service.
9.2. The washing or drying cycle time may differ from the one indicated in the promotional or information material of Londris, depending on the electricity and water supply specifics.
9.3. The quality of the goods and services offered by the Seller is appropriate, i.e. the features of the goods and services match the description of the product. The goods or services comply with the consumption purchase/sales agreement, if:
9.3.1. the goods or services match the description provided by the Seller;
9.3.2. the goods or services comply with the quality indicators that are normally associated with the same kind of goods or services and that the Buyer may reasonably expect to receive according to the type of goods or services;

10. The right to refuse the purchase/sales agreement, procedures for the return and replacement of goods
10.1. The right to refuse the purchase/sales agreement shall be granted in the following cases:
10.1.1. If the Buyer cannot use the service that one had paid for due to technical issues in the laundry, the Buyer can ask for a refund.
10.2. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer shall agree that the money will be returned to the Buyer's bank account, except in cases when the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.

11. Responsibility
11.1. The Buyer shall confirm that he has read the terms of use of Londris, is fully responsible for his laundry, and will undertake full responsibility for any damages caused to the property of Londris, which resulted from failure to follow these rules:
11.1.1. Laundry will not be properly washed and dried in overloaded washing machines, and may be damaged. The Seller indicates recommended loading limit on the machines, which is about 2/3 of the drum. If Buyer loads more laundry and damage occurs - Buyer is claimed responsible;
11.1.2. Londris and Pet King laundromats operate on the principle of the self-service. This means that the Seller gives Buyers the right to use the equipment in the laundromat for a fee and provides general recommendations, but does not control how the Buyer will use this equipment. Therefore, the Seller does not assume responsibility for the final washing or drying result, which depends on the laundry brought by the Buyer and the decisions made by them when choosing the size of the washer or dryer, washing or drying cycle and detergent.
11.1.3. Detergents must be placed directly into the tub together with the laundry (except for washing machines in which the detergent is dosed automatically);
11.1.4. Only use the necessary detergent amount;
11.1.5. Before placing the laundry in the washer or the dryer, make sure it is clean inside.
11.1.6. Do not wash and dry laundry that has been stained with oil or other chemicals;
11.1.7. Do not wash and dry any laundry that is covered with animal hair (this clause does not apply to Pet King Laundromat);
11.1.8. Make sure that all pockets are empty and there are no small objects left in the laundry (e.g. coins, toothpicks, hairclips, etc.)
11.1.9. Do not dry items whose labels prohibit doing so in the dryer; choose the drying cycle according to the symbols indicated on the product labels and do not exceed the drying temperature indicated on them;
11.1.10. Make sure that the dryer filter is empty (if the filter is located in the place of the device accessible to the Buyer);
11.1.11. Clean out the dryer filter after drying (if the filter is located in the place of the device accessible to the Buyer);
11.1.12. Be present at the end of the cycle, so that the Buyer can collect their own laundry. If the Buyer does not collect their laundry after the cycle, another Buyer can take out the laundry if they need to use the machine;
11.1.13. Make sure that the Buyer has collected all their laundry after washing and/or drying.

11.1.13. Rules of Londris PLUS service:
11.1.13.1. A Buyer subscribing to services confirms that all of his laundry is suitable to carry out services requested.
11.1.13.2. Londris is not liable for damaged laundry, if Buyer ordered services or detergents that are not suitable for the laundry he submitted for Londris PLUS service.
11.1.13.3. Londris reserves the right to refuse service if the Buyers laundry is not suitable for washing, drying or ironing, is ripped, torn, has old spots, or is otherwise damaged.
11.1.13.4. Londris reserves the right to refuse service if the Buyer puts too much laundry into the Londris PLUS locker. Maximum amount of laundry per one order depends on the ordered service. Information about how to pack the laundry properly is placed on/in the lockers and also is provided on the website www.londrisplius.lt.
11.1.13.5. Ironing service is carried out at 1800 °C heat.
11.1.13.6. Until the moment the Londris PLUS locker with Buyers laundry inside locks, and from the moment of receiving the notification about completed order, the Buyer is responsible for his laundry.
11.1.14. UAB Londris shall not be responsible for any damaged or lost laundry. By using Londris services, Customer is completely responsible for the condition of his/her laundry by choosing the cycle and laundry to wash/dry.
11.2. The Buyer shall be responsible for his actions carried out in Londris and when using Londris electronic payment system.
11.3. After registering, the Buyer shall be responsible for the storage and/or transfer of his login data to third parties. If Londris services are used by a third party who logged in to Londris electronic payment system by using the Buyer's login data, then the Seller shall consider this person to be the Buyer.
11.3. The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases when losses result from the fact that, regardless of the recommendations provided by the Seller and the obligations of the Buyer, the Buyer did not read these Rules and the Privacy Policy, even though such an opportunity was provided for him.

12. Marketing tools applied by the Seller
12.1. The Seller may initiate various sales or games.
12.2. The Seller shall have the right to, unilaterally and without providing prior notice, change the conditions of sales or games, or cancel them. Any changes or cancellations of sales conditions shall become valid from the moment the changes (cancellations) are carried out.

13. Exchange of information
13.1. The Seller shall submit all notifications according to the procedures provided in these Rules and the Privacy Policy to the e-mail address or via SMS to the phone number indicated by the Buyer during registration or when ordering products.
13.2. The Buyer shall submit all his messages and questions to the Seller via the communication means indicated in the "Contacts" section of the website www.londris.lt.

14. Final provisions
14.1. These Rules were established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
14.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall be applied to relations arising on the basis of these Rules.
14.3. All disputes arising from the execution of these Rules shall be settled by means of negotiations. If failing to reach an agreement within 20 (twenty) calendar days, disputes shall be settled according to the procedures established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
