General provisions

1. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedures of personal data collection, storage and processing in the electronic payment system of UAB Londris (hereinafter referred to as Londris and Londris customer (hereinafter referred to as you and your).
2. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data shall be determined by this privacy policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
3. By indicating your personal data in the electronic payment system, Londris website www.londris.lt, Londris mobile application or terminals located in Londris self-service laundries, you agree to allow Londris process your data for purposes, measures and procedures provided in this privacy policy and the legislation.
4. Londris shall follow the following main personal data processing principles:
4.1. Personal data shall be collected for specific and legitimate purposes.
4.2. Personal data shall be processed accurately and honestly.
4.3. Personal data shall be processed legally, i.e. only in cases when:
4.3.1. consent is received from the data subject, i.e. the subject agrees to follow the terms of use of the electronic payment system;
4.3.2. an agreement is concluded or executed, when one of the parties is the data subject;
4.3.3. Londris is obliged to process personal data according to the law;
4.3.4. personal data must be processed for a legitimate interest of Londris or a third party to whom personal data is provided, and if the interests of the data subject are not more important.
4.4. Personal data is constantly updated.
4.5. Personal data is stored for no longer than required by the purposes of data processing.
4.6. Personal data is processed only by those employees who are authorized to do so.
4.7. All information regarding the processed personal data is confidential.
4.8. The State Data Protection Inspectorate must be informed about personal data processing according to the established procedures.
5. The electronic payment system can be used by:
5.1. all capable natural persons over 18 years of age;
5.2. minors from fourteen to eighteen years of age, who have the consent of parents, foster parents or guardians, except in cases when they dispose of their own earnings or scholarships;
5.3. legal entities;
5.4. representatives authorized by the above mentioned persons.
6. Please be informed that in order for us to be able to offer you our full services on our website www.londris.lt, cookies will be stored on your computer . We will use cookies in order to recognize you as a previous user of our website when collecting website traffic statistics. You may view the stored cookies at any time, and are able to delete all or part of the stored cookies. You also have the right to not allow the cookies to be stored and used on your computer (device), however, in this case some of the website's functions may not be available to you. We presume that by using www.londris.lt you agree for the cookies to be stored on your computer (device). You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing the settings of your internet browser, or by contacting us via any contacts provided on our website.
Collection, processing and storage of personal data
7. Londris respects the right to privacy of each of you. Your personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, and other information indicated in the registration form) is collected and processed for the following purposes:
7.1. for the payment for goods and services - the data required for payment via mobile APP (bank card details) is sent directly to the provider of payment system Worldline Latvia SIA Reg.No. 40003072814. When payed with a bank card via "Londris" terminal - to Swedbank AB. UAB "Londris" does not collect or store this data in any way;
7.2. for the reservation of washing machines and dryers, and to receive notifications on the end of a cycle;
7.3. to issue financial documents (e.g., invoices);
7.4. to solve problems related to the presentation or delivery of goods or services;
7.5. to carry out other contractual obligations;
7.6. for direct marketing purposes.
8. During the registration, you must provide detailed and correct personal data.
9. When processing and storing your personal data, Londris implements organizational and technical means that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.
10. Londris can use impersonal data, not directly related to your person, for statistical purposes, i.e. data on the ordered goods and services. Such statistical data shall be collected and processed in a way that would not reveal the identity of the Customer or other personal data that could be used to determine a person’s identity.

Transfer of personal data to third parties
11. Londris shall reserve the right to transfer data to third parties:
11.1. only for the implementation of purposes indicated in paragraphs 4, 6 of this document;
11.2. only according to the procedures established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Amendment or updating of personal data
12. You have the right to amend and/or update the information provided in your registration form at any time.
Transfer of information or claims
13. Once you agree to allow your personal data to be processed, you have the right to:
13.1. require an amendment or removal of your personal data or suspension of processing of personal data with the exception of storage where data is processed without compliance with the provisions of this or other laws;
13.2. object to the processing of your personal data.
14. Upon the receipt of your request for personal data processing, Londris will provide you with the answer not later than within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your request. Requests for personal data processing will only be examined if they are provided via e-mail indicated in the contacts section of www.londris.lt.

Amendment of Privacy Policy
15. Londris shall have the right to unilaterally amend the Privacy Policy partly or completely by giving notice on the website www.londris.lt.
16. Additions or amendments to the Privacy Policy shall take effect on the date of their publication, i.e. on the date they are uploaded onto the system of the e-shop.
17. If you continue to use the services provided by the electronic payment system after the publication of additions or amendments to the Privacy Policy, it shall be considered that you agree with the new version of the Privacy Policy.
