• Various types of laundry suitable for washing and drying in one machine cycle are accepted – clothes, towels, bed linen covers, etc.
• Laundry is washed, dried, and folded.

*What kind of bag are we referring to, and how many kilograms of laundry does it hold?

We do not weigh laundry — orders are calculated by bags: one order = one 40x50 cm bag = one washing/drying cycle.

After payment, you will find a Londris bag for packing in the locker that opens. You're also welcome to use your own bag, as long as it doesn’t exceed 40x50 cm (standard plastic grocery bags from major supermarkets work well).

IMPORTANT: Fill the bag only to the point where you can easily tie the handles. If the bag is overfilled, the washing machine will also be overfilled — which can affect the quality of the service.

Laundry packing checklist:

• Appropriate bag – the yellow Londris bag or a standard grocery store bag (max. 40x50 cm).

• Laundry amount – up to the bottom of the handles, so you can tie them easily without extra strings or other fasteners.

• Each order is washed in one machine using a single cycle. If you’re concerned about color bleeding, please sort your laundry and create separate orders.

• We select the wash program based on the most delicate item in the order. For example, if an item can only be washed at 30°C, the entire order will be washed in cold water — unless you specify otherwise.
