If we find that cleaning is risky and may affect the quality of the fabric, you will receive an inquiry by e-mail - we will do a double check if you want to continue the service or cancel it.

Please note that the warranty is not provided if the one of the following apply:  

  • if the garment is made of genuine leather, suede or natural fur;
  • if there are old stains or other defects on the product;
  • if there is no care label on the product.
